Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure all units meet safety, performance, and quality standards before deployment or after servicing.
- Ensure compliance and documentation by tracking licenses, inspection records, and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage driver accident and incident handling, including first response, root cause identification, coordination with relevant departments, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Repair & Maintenance, and Workshop Team, ensuring quick resolution of technical issues and minimal downtime through coordination with mechanics or service vendors.
- Manage and coordinate drivers to ensure efficient vehicle utilization, address operational issues, and provide support to enhance driver performance and safety.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in driver management, fleet operations, vehicle inspection, or maintenance (experience with electric vehicle is a plus).
- Industry background in taxi-transportation, ride-hailing, automotive, or logistics is highly preferred
- Strong technical understanding of vehicle systems and compliance standards
- Excellent coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work onsite and be actively involved in field operations.
