for managing and overseeing all aspects of the purchasing process within an organization, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) Age not exceeding 30 years Work Experience: 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing
- Havenegotiation skills to obtain the best prices from suppliers.
- Ability to organize and manage the ordering, delivery, and monitoring of goods and services.
- Good communication skills, interacting with suppliers, coworkers, and superiors.
- Meticulous: Expertise in handling data carefully, accurately, and thoroughly.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email), ERP systems, and/or Procurement Software.
- Good time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring all work is completed on time. Good interpersonal skills.
