Job Summary:
XanhSM Indonesia is seeking a Vehicle Registration Specialist to handle the end-to-end process of vehicle registration and compliance with local regulations. This role ensures that all company vehicles meet legal requirements for operation, including registration, tax, and licensing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete vehicle registration process, including new registrations, renewals, and ownership transfers.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, licensing, and taxation related to vehicle registration.
- Coordinate with government agencies, leasing companies, and internal stakeholders for smooth document processing.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration status and ensure timely renewals.
- Handle the submission and retrieval of required documents to relevant authorities.
- Stay updated with changes in vehicle registration laws and recommend necessary actions.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to vehicle documentation and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle registration, licensing, or fleet management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian vehicle registration and compliance regulations.
- Experience liaising with government institutions such as Samsat, Dinas Perhubungan, and Kepolisian.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple registration processes simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
