- Analyze organizational and individual needs to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Develop talent management programs, including succession planning and career path development.
- Develop and implement performance management systems that align with organizational goals.
- Provide consultation and coaching to leaders and teams on organizational development issues.
- A master's degree in industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology
- Min 1 year experience in the industrial field, preferably in Organizational Development or Talent/Career Development
- Have the ability to read and interpret psychological test tools
- Mastering BEI and CBI techniques
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Willing to do extra miles
