Job Description :
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet customer requirements while minimizing excess stock.
- Collaborate with Operational, Marketing and Sales teams to align supply chain activities with overall company goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels across various locations.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on key supply chain metrics such as lead times, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment rates.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to streamline supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and systems that improve supply chain performance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics & Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
