Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team at Passion Jewelry Group. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote our brand, engage our audience, and drive sales for our retail products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
- Curate user-generated content and leverage it to showcase our products and brand lifestyle.
- Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries and engage with followers.
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Monitor online conversations and sentiment about our brand and products, and take proactive measures to address any negative feedback or issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the retail industry.
