Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Control and ensure that the loading process in the field runs according to procedure, safely, and efficiently.
- Ensure proper shipping way and compliance in the field.
- Handle booking to forwarder and confirm given schedules.
- Arrange and book containers, as well as create loading plans.
- Verify actual goods against shipping data.
- Ensure all goods have passed Quality Control (QC) before loading.
- Coordinate with related parties to prepare and execute the loading process.
- Assist in creating and managing export documents.
- Check container and vehicle readiness for loading activities.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation as required.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure a clear and smooth shipping process.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience is preferred.
- Proficient in computer usage and English language (written & spoken).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in performing tasks.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
