Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborate with the product development team to understand complex application requirements and backend system design objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend components and RESTful APIs using Golang, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Architect and optimize database schemas, queries, and indexing strategies to support large-scale data processing and efficient data retrieval.
- Implement best practices for security, authentication, authorization, and data protection to safeguard user data and maintain system integrity.
- Manage and enhance monitoring dashboards to ensure real-time visibility, efficient application performance tracking, and proactive issue resolution.
- Perform advanced system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks or architectural challenges.
- Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and enforce best practices to maintain high code quality and adherence to industry standards.
- Document backend system architecture, API specifications, and development workflows to support knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a top university.
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role for more than 4 years.
- Strong proficiency in backend development languages and frameworks, such as Golang, Node.js, Python, or PHP (Laravel).
- Experience in managing dashboards for efficient application monitoring and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and debug complex issues.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Able to work from office (Jakarta Pusat)
