Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling additional services based on client needs and market trends.
- Conduct regular client meetings (e.g., weekly calls, quarterly business reviews) to discuss campaign performance, strategic insights, and future opportunities.
- Understand client business objectives, challenges, and competitive landscape to tailor influencer strategies effectively.
- Create tailored, persuasive, and visually appealing proposals that align with client needs and our services by collaborating with internal teams for necessary information.
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive quotations based on client requirements and company pricing structures by working closely with finance and operations teams to ensure feasibility and sustainability.
- Prepare and deliver tailored, engaging presentations to clients using verbal and visual techniques to highlight our services, solutions, and value propositions.
- Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships through regular communication and meetings, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Account Manager, with a focus on sales.
- Previous experience working in an agency environment (digital marketing, KOL, or related fields) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for creating accurate quotations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
