Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Drive new business opportunities through structured prospecting, outreach, and closing deals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets by managing and maintaining a high-performing sales pipeline.
- Develop tailored budget proposals based on client needs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Create and deliver high-level pitch decks aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
- Negotiate contract terms and deal structures with a focus on long-term value and partnership sustainability.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and deliver accurate revenue forecasting to management.
- Lead client meetings and sales presentations with professionalism, strategic insight, and persuasive communication.
- Collaborate closely with accounts and operations teams to ensure seamless alignment between sales commitments and campaign execution.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in sponsorship, advertising, or media industry.
- Proven track record in closing high-value deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, and target-oriented mindset.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to pitch complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Solid understanding of sales funnels, prospecting methods, and deal-closing strategies.
- Established network and/or client pipeline will be a strong advantage.
- Genuine passion for sports and understanding of the sports industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
