RESPONSIBILITY
- Clearly communicate product features and benefits to existing customers
- Address customers concerns and objections effectively
- Meet and exceed sales target
- Maintain a knowledge and understanding of the company's products and services
- Maintain relationship with customers through regular communication and visit
- Prepare and maintain regular and ad-hoc visit reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Sales Staff or similar role in sales function/ department
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly
- Update for latest information and news on current events
- Natural aptitude for sales and persuasion
- Proactive and self-driven to achieve and exceed targets
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work independently and/or collaboratively with internal teams
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Integrity and honesty in all customer interactions
- Quick thinking to address potential customer concerns and give solutions
- Having the experiences in B2B selling will be an advantage
- Have a motorcycle and driver’s license
