Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage customer relationships via telesales and direct interaction with leads assigned by the company.
- Conduct car sales and rental transactions in accordance with company processes and procedures (including vehicle consultation, banking, and online platforms).
- Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into customers through deposit placements for car purchases or rentals.
- Generate new leads and customers through personal networks and outreach channels.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to company policies, procedures, and service scope.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and the latest sales techniques.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by team leaders or company management.
- Experienced with sales, especially Automobile/Real Estate/Insurance
- Experienced with Telesales – This is a telesales based position.
- Hardworking, good attitude.
- Other requirements that fit local norms
