Job Description Summary :
Perform accurate and timely tax compliance process, reconciliation and reporting in accordance to relevant legal, tax, and statutory requirements
Job Description :
- Prepare and submit various tax documents, including VAT returns, withholding tax, and corporate income tax.
- Process tax payments and maintain compliance with tax regulations using the DGT system.
- Support VAT refund requests and manage e-Faktur issuance.
- Conduct tax reconciliations and provide data for tax strategy and policy teams.
- Assist in tax audits, ensuring accurate records and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and continuously improve tax processes.
- Support tax audits by providing reconciliation reports and required data.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant legal, tax, and statutory requirements.
Job requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in tax compliance, reporting, and audits. Fresh graduate are welcome
- Proficiency in tax preparation and submission, including VAT, WHT (Art 23/26, 4(2), 15, 25), and Corporate Income Tax.
- Have a good knowledge of Coretax system will be advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with tax policies, reporting frameworks, and audit procedures.
