Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Support the Quality Assurance in identifying and analysing operational inefficiencies, focusing on Quality Assurance and Quality Management System.
2. Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
3. Responsible on the Quality Assurance in the E2E Process Operations from Fulfilment Operations (Distribution Centre)
4. Ensure product quality meets high standards, reduce wastage, and output quality metrics.
5. Ensure the fondational aspect operations: people's, process, facility meet standards
6. Manage daily inspection scorecard (input metrics) => internal inspection.
7. Manage GWP, GHP, GDP, GIP, Facility and Equipment Standard.
8. Lead the innovation process: ideation, concepting, product design, and visual development, and participate in project teams, contributing to project execution and documentation.
9. Continuous improvement, standardise the processes, and create business requirements document
10. Monitor and track progress of improvement initiatives
11. Monitor CAPA progress, assess effectiveness, prevent repeat deviations
12. Develop training materials, measure the impact of training on performance
13. Conduct audits and provide recommendations for improvement
14. Examine root causes and create prevention programmes
1. Bachelor's Degree from any major, familiiar with Quality Management System for Fresh Product.
2. Understand GMP, GHP, GDP, HACCP, QCP, and Food Safety and ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Document Control System.
3. Minimum 2 years experience as QA, FSQ, QM/QI, or similar.
4. Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
5. Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools. (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and/or any business process/projects management tools).
6. Experienced in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong sense of ownership.
