- This role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and project support to the Director of International Business.
- Key duties include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging business travel, and preparing important documents and correspondence.
- The role also involves coordinating and communicating with various internal teams and external stakeholders, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on assigned action items.
- This position is expected to handle confidential information with discretion and support special projects such as process improvement, reporting, and data analysis.
- responsibilities include managing project documentation and budget allocation, ensuring efficient executive office operations, and fostering a productive work environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Project administrator / Document controller or in a similar secretarial/administrative support role.
