TRIVE, a subsidiary of Triputra Group, is visioned to contributing to Nation's Energy Sustainability for Better Tomorrow. Currently managing four business units : PT Triputra Energi Megatara (TEM), PT Triputra Solusi Terpadu (TRUST), PT Armada Bahtera Semesta (ABAS), and PT ATW Solar Indonesia.
Triputra Solusi Terpadu (TRUST) is our subsidiary company offering value-added services as a solution partner, tailoring offers to meet specific needs in energy industry.
TRUST is looking for Product Technical Specialist (Road), that will grow with us by:
- Build good relationships with clients and become their main contact for product or project questions.
- Provide technical expertise in meetings, presentations, and workshops.
- Evaluate road conditions and offer design, rehabilitation, or construction solutions that meet industry standards (e.g., drainage, pavement, load capacity).
- Oversee on-site implementation, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with design specs.
- Recommend improvements for quality, safety, and long-term road performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus on road infrastructure.
- Strong skills in persuasion and negotiation.
- Able to understand site requirements and offer practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian soil conditions, with hands-on experience in road design and construction supervision.
- Familiar with the common challenges of road projects across Indonesia.
