Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Product Planning & Execution

Assist in writing clear and structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
Participate in product backlog grooming an sprint planning with the engineering team.
Monitor progress and help remove blockers in coordination with developers and QA.

Research & User Insights

Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis to support product decisions.
Collect feedback or confirmation from users, operations, customer support, and sales.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with Design, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
Assist and validate in testing new features before release (UAT) together with QA.
Help prepare product documentation and release notes.

Performance Tracking

Support the team in defining product KPIs.
Track usage metrics, monitor feature adoption, and assist in post-launch analysis.
Prepare regular reports or dashboards to show product performance.

Product Lifecycle Support

Ensure proper documentation of product features and decisions.
Maintain and update product knowledge bases.
Help manage bug triaging and prioritize fixes with the team.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both written and verbal formats.
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and system architecture.
Familiar with APIs, databases, and general backend/frontend system design.
Understanding of data analytics, SQL, or tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA.
Proficient with product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, a...
