Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Perform regular assessments of patient conditions.
- Carry out nursing actions and monitor patient responses.
- Assist doctors during patient visits and support medical procedures.
- Accurately record and report patient condition developments.
- Coordinate with other medical team members in delivering patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient data and medical information.
- Minimum education: Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor of Nursing is preferred).
- Possess an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi/Nursing Registration Certificate).
- Minimum 1 year of work experience (fresh graduates will be considered).
- Willing to work in a shift-based schedule (if required).
- Willing to work under a 3-month contract.
