Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Plan seasonal product collections based on trend analysis, sales data, and market needs.
Develop SKU plans and monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory turnover.
Collaborate with R&D and production to ensure timely product development.
Track product performance across online and offline channels.
Identify top-performing items and recommend restock or phase-out.
Support campaign launches with product insights and merchandising strategy.
Coordinate display strategy and product storytelling with marketing & content teams.
Min. 2 years of experience in merchandising, retail planning, or product marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
Good understanding of fashion production cycles and trend movements.
Data-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
Able to manage timelines and work cross-functionally.
