Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes, including route planning, warehouse management, and transportation mode selection.
- Track and monitor logistics performance to ensure compliance with targets and standards.
- Identify and resolve logistics issues, such as delivery delays, damaged goods, and order discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Manage logistics projects, including the development and implementation of new solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate logistics findings and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Logistics Analyst or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and other data analysis tools.
- Experience using Microsoft Power BI tools.
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of English.
Additional Skills:
- Experience in Transportation Management and warehouse management.
- Project management skills
