As a KOL Intern, you will:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify, research, and connect with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or influencers in the beauty industry.
- Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with KOLs, ensuring smooth communication and successful collaborations.
- Support the creation and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including product seeding and content ideation.
- Monitor and track campaign performance metrics, gathering data to assess the impact and effectiveness of KOL initiatives.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and influencer partnerships.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and maintaining records.
- Final-year students or fresh graduates (preferably from Marketing, Communications, or a related field).
- Prior experience or a strong interest in the beauty industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with KOLs.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends in influencer marketing.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
