Deskripsi Pekerjaan
IT Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance focused on protecting an organization's data and systems from cyber threats and managing governance and compliance risk in a company. It involves identifying the key policies that can drive the company toward its goals. By adopting a GRC framework, we can take a proactive approach to mitigating risks, making well-informed decisions, and ensuring business continuity.
Responsibilities
· Monitor and response to security threats and incidents
· Mitigate security risks through regular vulnerability assessment and threat analysis
· Develop and Maintain Information Security Policies
· Ensure security policies are aligned with security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, etc)
· Advise projects on security tests and frameworks (Pentest, VA, or secure code reviews)
· Identify, evaluate, and manage IT security risks
· Conduct regular IT security audits
· Develop and implement IT security awareness programs to increase employee awareness
· At least 3 years experience in IT Security or IT Governance, Risk and Compliance
· Familiar with tools like Firewalls, SIEM, EDR, and NDR
· Good knowledge of network security, Pentest, encryption technologies and VA tools
· Deep understanding of security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, etc)
· Good risk analysis and problem solving skills
