Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and design specifications.
Conduct functional gap/fit analysis between business requirement and product/system.
Create and review functional documentations such as requirements definition, funtional specs, design specs, test plan, scripts, etc.
Perform Dynamics 365 Business Central configuration and customization during implementation phases.
Ability to present and demo solutions according to customers requirement.
Conduct product training and workshops.
Conduct UAT sessions with clients.
Bridge communication between business and technical people.
Implement best practices, standards, and procedures including quality and delivery methodology.
Advise clients on the capabilities and limitations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant (for junior roles), or 3–5 years (for senior roles).
