💼Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute audit programs in collaboration with the Internal Audit Manager.
- Lead audit activities for Sales and Marketing Divisions, including distributor audits.
- Identify risks, assess controls, and recommend improvements through comprehensive reports.
- Enhance audit effectiveness by developing new audit methodologies and risk management frameworks.
- Mentor team members and drive cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
🔍Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Taxation.
- Minimum 8 years of audit experience, preferably in FMCG or Distribution.
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel and other audit tools.
- Skilled in SOP development, reporting, and presentation.
- Effective communicator with strong teamwork orientation.
- Willing to travel frequently for distributor audits.
