Tentang Anak is growing fast and we need a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to architect and lead our cloud and DevOps infrastructure for scale. You’ll define how we monitor, secure, and deploy the systems that keep Indonesia’s top parenting platform online and reliable.
What You’ll Own
- Architect, implement, and evolve multi-environment infrastructure for high availability
- Lead security best practices, compliance, and disaster recovery planning
- Drive infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm) and cost governance
- Partner with engineering, QA, and security teams to streamline delivery and observability
- Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and set technical direction for the infra function
- Evaluate and adopt emerging cloud and DevOps technologies to keep infrastructure modern and cost-efficient
- Champion infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline enhancements, and incident management processes
What Success Looks Like
- Infra architecture scales to support 5x traffic growth with high reliability
- Compliance/security benchmarks are met without excessive developer friction
- Incidents are reduced, RCA is clear, and team response maturity improves
- Infra onboarding and internal tooling become simpler, more automated
- Infrastructure team is upskilled and aligned under a coherent roadmap
- Infrastructure strategy drives measurable business outcomes, enabling rapid feature delivery and exceptional user experience
You’re a Fit If You…
- Have 5+ years in infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud architecture roles
- Have led or owned high-scale infra systems in production (100k+ MAU preferred)
