Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handling employee grievances, disputes, and complaints
- Investigating employee misconduct or violations of company policies
- Facilitating negotiations between management and labor unions
- Advising and supporting management on industrial relations issues
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Follow up on violations of Company Regulations/PKB following SOP/WI.
- Counseling employees
- Independently or collaboratively, able to anticipate potential disputes and resolve any industrial relations disputes that occur.
- Graduated with a minimum Bachelor's degree in Law
- Have experience for a minimum of 3 years or more in the field of industrial relations
- Effective communication skills, including writing reports and documents, and communicating with management, employees, and labor unions
- Understand the provisions of labor laws and industrial relations dispute resolution
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to provide access to information related to task completion
