Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Help implement company policies related to labor and employee matters.
- Build and maintain good relationships with the company, labor unions, and related institutions (Tripartite).
- Support resolving disputes and assist in negotiations between the company and employees or unions.
- Help manage and coordinate with debt collectors to settle outstanding issues.
- Prepare and review legal documents related to labor affairs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
- At least 2-3 year of professional experience in industrial relations, labor law, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Employment Law, with proven skills in communication, negotiation, and legal drafting.
- Valid PKPA and UPA certificates are mandatory.
- Willing to be based in Cakung, East Jakarta, and able to travel for business purposes as needed.
