Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement industrial relations strategies to foster a positive and compliant working environment.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy and labor regulations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company, labor unions, and government labor authorities.
- Monitor and ensure company compliance with all labor laws and industrial relations regulations.
- Support HR and management teams during negotiations, audits, and policy development related to labor issues
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial relations or a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and experience in handling disputes or union matters.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
