PT Medco Power Indonesia didirikan tahun 2004 sebagai perusahaan listrik swasta atau Independent Power Producer (IPP) dan penyedia jasa Operasi dan Pemeliharaan atau Operation and Maintenance (O&M). Saat ini Medco Power telah memiliki dan mengoperasikan lebih dari 3.100 MW, yang tersebar di 15 lokasi di Indonesia. Medco Power melalui anak perusahaannya, PT Medco Ratch Power Riau (MRPR), telah ditunjuk sebagai pemenang tender proyek IPP PLTGU Riau 275 MW di Pekanbaru, Riau. Perjanjian jual-beli tenaga listrik telah ditandatangani pada April 2017, disusul dengan dikeluarkannya Financing Date Declaration oleh PLN pada September 2018. PLTGU Riau telah beroperasi secara komersial pada Februari 2022 Medco Power juga sedang mengembangkan proyek PLTS Sumbawa dengan kapasitas 26 MWp. Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the project team to prepare Project HSE requirements
- Involve in the preparation of Project HSE Execution Plan
- Assist project team to prepare Project Readiness
- Assist project and operation team for readiness of HSE equipment and its requirement
- Assess risks and job hazard analysis process of identifying hazards and putting controls in every construction stage
- Conducts regular site HSE inspections, reports deficiencies, analyzes inspection and incident data to identify opportunities to develop preventive and corrective practices
- Prepare and submit statutory and internal reports required by company and/or clients
- Participate in regulatory agency and lenders inspections to ensure compliance with all local, national and lenders requirements
- Conducting evaluation, assessments and HSE audit
- Conducts all job related HSE engineering and process safety
- Familiar with HSE data management including HSE statistic and greenhouse gas calculation
- Prepare Weekly, and Monthly Safety Report
- Monitor all construction work activity for conformance with HSE requirements
- Performing a strong visible commitment in to HSE Management System
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Mechanical, Civil, Electro, Environmental or related Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 7 years experiences in HSES Officer
- Understand O&M Safety, familiar with HSE Engineering, Fire Protection System and Understand HAZID / HAZOP
- Familiar with codes of ANSI, ASME, NFPA standards and OSHA
- Certifications of AK3 Umum or AK3 Migas, ISO (14001 and 45001), SMK3 Auditor, Fire Fighting, Heavy Lifting and Electrical Safety, and other environmental competencies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both verbal and non-verbal
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
