Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Bertanggung jawab mengelola absensi, cuti, dan data karyawan ke dalam sistem HRIS.
- Bertanggung jawab mengelola dan mendaftarkan BPJS Kesehatan karyawan.
- Mengelola surat-surat terkait mobilitas karyawan (mutasi/pengangkatan/terminasi).
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Sistem Informasi/Teknik Informatika/Psikologi/Teknik Industri dengan IPK minimal 3.00.
- Usia 22-25 tahun.
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman dibidang HRIS minimal 1 tahun.
- Familiar dengan sistem BPJS Kesehatan.
- Familiar dengan Ms. Excel dan analisa data.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta Barat.
