Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As an HR Generalist, you will handle daily HR operations, including attendance, BPJS, insurance administration, and employee data management. You will also manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews), support employee engagement programs, promote company values, and liaise with vendors, insurance providers, and government agencies.
Administrative & data processing
- Maintain and update employee attendance records, leave balances, and overtime data in the HR system.
- Manage BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and company provided insurance (registration, changes, termination).
- Ensure all HR processes comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing validated attendance data.
- Provide HR data to support reporting and analysis.
Others
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement programs to foster a strong company culture.
- Promote and socialize company values and culture across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with vendors, insurance providers, and government agencies to ensure smooth HR service operations.
- Minimum Bachelor Degrees (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related fieldsĀ
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration or HR generalist roles focusing on employee services.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, including advanced functions such as H/VLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, IFERROR, IFS, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, Pivot Tables, and other logical and analytical formulas
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
