Our Philosophy

Re- stands for (1) reduce, (2) reuse, (3) recycle, (4) renewable, and (5) all sustainable related principles that will be implemented in our products.
-ecosystem means that our solutions will revamp the existing behaviour into more eco-friendly community and conform them with how the ideal and organic interaction should happen.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and executing optimal daily operations for purchasing, production, inventory, distribution, and sales.
- Committed to safety procedures and ensuring daily safety issues are addressed.
- Improving production, asset capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
- Responsible for production output and post-production product quality.
- Responsible for monitoring operations and triggering corrective actions.
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing data to identify potential waste.
- Handling employee issues or complaints and managing collective agreements.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest best practices and concepts in production management.
- Continuous improvement in daily operations, resource management, maintaining safety standards, implementing quality control measures, and coordinating with other departments.
- Monitoring and reporting covering operational, quality, safety, financial, resource, and environmental aspects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management or a related field.
- Min. 2-3 years of warehouse management experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- Basic understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).
- Good communication and collaboration skill.
- Placement in Bekasi.
