Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for turning brand plans into powerful market execution? Join our leadership team as Head of Trade Marketing and lead initiatives that drive category growth, shopper conversion, and commercial success across all channels.
What will you do:
- Lead the overall Trade Marketing strategy for all categories across General Trade, Modern Trade, and emerging channels.
- Translate brand strategies into actionable trade plans that align with sales objectives and shopper behavior.
- Design and implement channel programs, retail visibility initiatives, trade promotions, and category development strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure integrated execution and resource efficiency.
- Develop and track trade marketing KPIs (ROI, uplift, market share, etc.) to measure program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Lead and coach the Trade Marketing team to build capability, drive ownership, and improve execution excellence.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and shopper insights to proactively drive channel innovation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Channel Development, preferably in the FMCG or Personal Care industry.
- Proven leadership experience with strong commercial acumen and cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid knowledge in managing General Trade, Modern Trade, Key Accounts, and Channel-Specific Programs.
