Astro is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Fulfillment Excellence to lead the transformation and continuous improvement of our warehouse and supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you will identify opportunities for efficiency, streamline end-to-end logistics processes, and drive innovation across all fulfillment activities.
Job Description:
- Identify opportunities and define strategies for efficiencies in the work process and innovative approaches for all Astro's Warehouse.
- Drive optimal utilization of existing systems, and identify areas for improvement to streamline all stages of the supply chain operation.
- Develop and manage an efficient logistics operational budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor Key Performance indicators and align them with management and stakeholder needs.
- Conduct thorough research, perform data analysis, and implement advanced analytical techniques to provide practical insights into supply chain operations
- Monitor e2e business process improvement initiatives with targeted results.
- Coordinates with various business units & Vertical Operations to Initiate Projects/tasks.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver the best possible results, develop, test, and refine business processes/practices.
- Execute roadmap for Operational improvement needed to ensure progress in processes.
- All Improvements you will process must be aligned and reflect Astro's customer value in clear, measurable progress.
Requirements:
- At least experience of 8+ years in the same field.
- It is mandatory to possess strong business and financial acumen.
- Proven experience in process excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC).
