Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Recommends to management appropriate policies and procedures for the maintenance of General Affairs and Training functions. Conducts in Training surveys and evaluates job using. Administers and advises employees on the General Affairs and Training functions. Assist and support General Affairs and Training team. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Responsibilities:
- Receives requests / information schedules of company guests / visitors, confirms their schedules and itineraries with emphasis on the notification of their contact counterpart officers and employees of the company.
- Arrange for the venue and provision of logistical requirements for corporate socials.
- Coordinate and liaisons with other departments on specific assigments given by the superior of for the purpose of securing requirements such as supplies and equipment, documents and needed information
- Assist in ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, aesthetic appeal, and safety of the work area.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing,Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Music/Performing Art Studies or equivalent.
- Must be good in analytical and conceptual skills.
- Good communication skills.
- High level of coordination skills.
- Computer literate.
- Flexible and willing to work long hours.
