Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee end-to-end operational (inbound & outbound process) workflows and procedures within the warehouse.
- Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficient Warehouse Operations.
- Manage inventory control and enforce effective storage practices.
- Lead and execute improvement projects to boost productivity and minimize errors.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain seamless warehouse operations.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Warehouse Supervisor / Coordinator Role.
- Preferably a background in Statistic, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data management and spreadsheet tools.
- Experience handling fresh products will be a plus.
- Experience with cross-dock warehouse models will be a plus.
