About the Role
You’ll be the right hand behind the scenes—making sure every event, partnership, and project runs like clockwork. From planning major conferences to coordinating speakers and vendors, you’ll help turn big ideas into flawless execution. No two days are the same: one moment you’re managing logistics, the next you’re brainstorming creative experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Support planning and execution of large-scale events, from conferences to community programs.
- Coordinate with speakers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage project timelines, task trackers, and internal communication.
- Assist in event marketing, content, and participant engagement efforts.
- Handle on-site logistics, registration, and experience flow.
- Analyze post-event feedback and prepare performance reports.
