Are you ready to take the world of e-commerce by storm? We're searching for a passionate and innovative E-Commerce Junior Manager to help us drive growth and create exceptional digital shopping experiences for our customers.
Ownership & Strategy:
- Support the development and execution of the e-commerce strategy to accelerate online sales growth across platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) to align goals and deliver outstanding online performance.
Platform Management:
- Manage day-to-day operations across key e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, and others.
- Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns to ensure visibility and competitiveness.
Data-Driven Decisions:
- Analyze e-commerce sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Create insightful reports to track KPIs and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Partner Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with e-commerce platform representatives to secure premium placements, promotional support, and joint marketing activities.
Innovation & Optimization:
- Stay ahead of digital trends, implement best practices, and drive innovation in the online customer journey.
✅ Experience:
- At least 4+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields.
- FMCG/e-Commerce experience specializing in beauty, fashion, personal care or FMCG products is a huge plus!
