Key Responsibilities
- Manage fleet maintenance, availability, and readiness for operations.
- Oversee driver schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and control the depot’s operational budget to maintain cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain high service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in fleet, driver, or depot operations management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in operational tools, fleet management systems, and budgeting.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
