Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team consisting of digital marketer in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., content, design, development) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and progress toward goals.
- Use data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimizations.
- Bonus if you are experienced in SEM and other digital marketing channels.
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in Meta & Google Ads.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager), excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Certifications: Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar are advantageous.
- Have worked in a digital marketing agency before.
