Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Design excellence
- a. Design database diagram for the new project
- b. Design database architecture for production grade environment (with large data)
- c. Determine, enforce, and document database policies, procedures, and standards
2. Security excellence
- a. Keep the database isolated and secure from unauthorized access
- b. Provide secure mechanism between database and application
- c. Keep the data in the table secure from unauthorized access
3. Operational excellence
- a. Keep the database stable and well-performed 24/7
- b. Monitor database performance all the time
- c. Always give tuning recommendation for database systems
- d. Administer, maintain, and housekeeping all the databases
4. Team-work excellence
- a. Collaborate with other teams on database-related efforts including advanced support of application databases (on AWS RDS)
- b. Work together with engineers on database / table / query design
- c. Deploy database schema changes in all environments
- d. Make sure to double check the task executed successfully
5. Trouble-shooting excellence
- a. Trouble-shooting production database problems
- b. Be able to quick identify the problem and give accurate solution
1. Minimum 2 years of DBA experience is required
2. In-depth knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis database administration Functions
3. In-depth knowledge of database design experience
4. In-depth knowledge of modern highly distributed database system such as TiDB and SingleStore
5. Fast and quick response and communication
6. Data oriented, able to quantify and measurable person
7. Familiar with Linux operating systems
8. Familiar with Cloud platforms/technologies AWS & GCP
9. Familiar with scripting
10. Be able to do automation for repetitive task
