Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented, and hard-working interns to join our Credit & Operations team for a 3-6 month internship program. This is an onsite, paid high-impact learning opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in credit underwriting or credit operations.
- Credit Support:
- Conduct preliminary KYC and document verifications.
- Support in analyzing and interpreting consumer credit reports, bank statements, and KYC documents.
- Assist in basic credit assessment by reviewing customer applications under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of credit evaluations, approvals, and exceptions in trackers, dashboards and CRM tools.
- Monitor client progress and ensure timely follow-ups to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Operations Support:
- Review, verify, and manage credit-related documents such as Loan Agreements, Direct Debit Mandates, Debt Confirmations, and other contractual paperwork.
- Coordinate with customers to collect necessary documentation and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on client submissions and flag inconsistencies or compliance risks.
- Help in processing loan disbursements, sending repayment reminders and performing payment reconciliations in coordination with the finance and treasury teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all document submissions, disbursals, and repayments on trackers and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year with no classes to attend) in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields from reputable universities.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa and English.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, filters, pivots preferred).
