Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Mission :
- Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimations for construction or renovation projects, ensuring cost calculation accuracy, performing final account (opname) calculations, and monitoring the procurement process for selected vendors to ensure alignment with the targeted budget, quality, and timeline.
Main OKR :
- % Accurate Estimation
- % On time delivery for preparation and aanwizing
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimations based on project layout and budget.
- Coordinate with the project and procurement teams to validate unit prices and work volumes.
- Review and verify vendor/contractor price quotations against internal estimates.
- Monitor the aanwijzing process of selected vendors, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, timelines, and budget.
- Prepare final account (opname) calculations to ensure all completed work is properly recorded and calculated.
- Maintain a cost database and historical records of previous project expenditures.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 3 year of experience in cost estimation for construction/renovation projects.
- Understanding of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and unit price analysis (AHS).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Female candidates preferred & own personal vehicle (tentative).
