Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Help resolve basic technical issues or escalate more complex ones to the appropriate teams.
- Provide follow-up to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Create, update, and track customer service tickets using the company’s helpdesk or ticketing system.
- Ensure tickets are properly categorized and prioritized
- Collect feedback from customers regarding the quality of services received.
- Assist in analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement in customer service.
- Min. Education: Min. Diploma of IT
- Willingness to work fully from the office during the internship period. (Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan)
- Has good communication verbally and written
- Familiarity with troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues, including network connectivity and system performance.
- Cooperative, dependable, and willing to assist colleagues when needed.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and gain knowledge in ICT services and customer care processes.
