About the Role
You’ll work directly with the CEO to turn ideas into action—supporting high-impact projects across strategy, partnerships, events, and operations. This role sits at the intersection of execution and insight: one day you’re managing a partnership deck, the next you’re analyzing campaign results or coordinating a youth conference. It’s fast-paced, high-trust, and deeply meaningful.
What You’ll Do
- Support the CEO in day-to-day strategic and operational priorities.
- Manage cross-functional projects spanning marketing, partnerships, and community programs.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and develop presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate communications, schedules, and follow-ups with partners and key collaborators.
- Track progress on organizational OKRs and ensure timely execution.
- Draft proposals, decks, and talking points for events or meetings.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions that improve efficiency and alignment.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or fast-paced startups (exceptional fresh grads welcome).
- Sharp analytical and organizational skills with a bias for execution.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Resourceful, fast learner, and comfortable working closely with leadership.
Bonus Points
- Experience in education, youth programs, or non-profit initiatives.
- Skilled in creating decks, reports, or structured proposals.
