Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage a caseload of 250–300 SSDI/SSI clients at various stages (Initial Application, Reconsideration, and Appeals).
- Deliver consistent, empathetic communication to clients regarding the status and next steps in their claims process.
- Collect and analyze medical records, employment history, and legal documentation to support claim development.
- Draft legal correspondence and complete Social Security forms (e.g., SSA-827, SSA-561).
- Coordinate with SSA/DDS offices, attorneys, and clients to resolve documentation issues and advance claims.
- Track deadlines, file appeals promptly, and monitor updates through internal CRM and case management systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and participate in enhancing process automation and operational tools.
- Contribute to team meetings with insights from daily interactions and offer solutions to recurring operational challenges.
- 1+ years of experience in SSDI/SSI case management, legal assistance, or social services roles.
- Deep understanding of Social Security Disability claims processes, including IA and Recon stages.
- Strong knowledge of SSA documentation requirements and timelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a client-first approach.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SmartAdvocate) and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Comfortable working with high call and case volumes while maintaining quality.
