Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate, manage, execute and analysis various projects in order to improve processes, implement new products and expand ShopeePay through marketing initiatives
- Manage working files for daily operations in each project involved
- Improve and implement best practices small merchant engagement strategies
- End to end stakeholder management, project coordination and roll-out of projects
- Initiate, manage and lead various projects from end to end with a maximum performance
- Conduct data analysis to find opportunities for process/product improvements for merchants and the Business Development team
- Establish and maintain relationship, conduct project meetings, make recommendations for project improvements and continuously follow up on the progress with relevant stakeholders
- Create overall flow and concept, action plans, report and escalate issues
- Interpret key message, analyze and enhance professional deck presentations
- Create and continuously update the project documentation
- Bachelor's degree from top tier university.
- Experience in project management, project data and marketing / merchant engagement
- Preferable: Experienced working in FinTech, FnB, or E-Commerce
- High degree of proactive initiative and working with a sense of urgency
- Strong work ethics and performance-driven
- Highly skilled in excel and google slides
- Excellent presentation skills
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
