Bangladesh and Zimbabwe will face off at the Sher-E-Bangla Stadium in Dhaka, the Bangla Tigers are on the verge of securing a series whitewash and are currently leading 3-0.

Under the leadership of Najmul Hossain Shanto, Bangladesh are in scintillating form as they dominate the five-match T20I series.

In the previous encounter, they secured victory by a slim margin of 9 runs, thanks to a formidable batting display from Towhid Hridoy and Jaker Ali, who propelled Zimbabwe to a total of 165 runs.

As Bangladesh gear up for the 4th T20I, significant changes are expected in their Playing XI, with the return of several top players.

In the batting line-up, Tanzid Hasan may be replaced by Soumya Sarkar, who has just recovered from an injury sustained during the home series against Sri Lanka. The inclusion of Sarkar adds depth and experience to the squad.

In the middle order, the return of top all-rounder and former skipper Shakib Al Hasan adds further strength to the team. Shakib, who has recovered from a finger injury sustained during the last ODI World Cup, is expected to take Mahmudullah Riyad’s place in the Playing XI for this match.

On the bowling front, Mustafizur Rahman’s comeback will strengthen Bangladesh’s pace attack, with Tanzim Hasan Sakib likely to be on the bench. Sakib, who played one match against Zimbabwe, will make way for Rahman, whose presence adds strength to the bowling unit.
