“It’s night and day,” Packers OC Adam Stenavich says of Green Bay’s offensive options after successful 2023 season

It’s amazing what a difference 12 months can make in the NFL. The Green Bay Packers entered the 2023 season with one of the youngest rosters in the league and not much was expected from Matt LeFleur’s team. After making the playoffs last year with a 9-8 record, expectations are high for a Packers team that has come of age.

Quarterback Jordan Love returns for his fourth season with the franchise after throwing for an impressive 4,159 yards, 32 touchdowns and recording his first career playoff win. Add in a talented young receiving corp, including Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed and Dontayvion Wicks, and there’s plenty to be excited about for Packers fans.

In a recent piece from the team’s official website, offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich spoke about the team’s preparations for the 2024 season.

“Oh, it’s night and day,” Stenavich said. “Now everyone has had a year, so to speak. It was great to know what these guys are good at.”

We can expect to see a more dynamic and diverse offense from Green Bay next season. With Love entering the season with 27 NFL games under his belt, and his wide receiving corp slightly more experienced, Stenavich finally has the ability to put together a more expansive offense.

“We can go out there now and just make plays and it’s not like we’re installing everything for the first time. We can start experimenting more quickly and take the next steps with the offense,” Stenavich added.
