- Discover and execute local sales opportunities while collaborating with the central business team to acquire more clients
- Monitor competitive landscapes and suggest strategies to stay ahead
- Build the local sales team and optimize the process to grow in each targeted area
- Proven experience in sales leadership and city/regional expansion, ideally in a tech startup or HR solutions environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, team leadership, and communication skills.
- Understanding of regional market dynamics; familiarity with HR tech (ATS, Job Portals, HRIS) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in fast-paced environments.
